Where to live
Metropolitan Area
San Cristóbal de La Laguna and Santa Cruz de Tenerife are the ideal part of the island for those looking for a more urban experience. Two cities that offer culture, good gastronomy, leisure (activities and nightlife) and any of the facilities a big city can provide.
Northern Area
Nature and tranquility lovers will find their perfect place in this part of the island, without giving up the cultural heritage of the island. This is the greenest zone of the island, ideal for nature activities such as hiking, trekking and canyoning.
Southern Area
This is the most touristic part of the island. It usually has a more stable climate throughout the year, with an average temperature of eighteen degrees. Along its coast, a great number of beaches can be found for all different preferences. One of the most outstanding spots is El Médano very close to the South airport.
